Sample Submission Form

When you submit water samples to Richmond Water Laboratories for testing, you need to complete our standard form with basic information about the sample and required tests plus your contact details.

One form can be used for a batch of water samples.

You can get a copy of the form at the laboratory and fill it in on the spot when delivering your samples.

To save time, you can also print off the form now, complete it, and present it along with the water samples when dropping them off at our lab or giving them to the courier.
